Brentwood Oak Hills All You Need To Know
Brentwood Oak Hills is a lovely little suburb on the East side of Fort Worth, and if you work out of town it offers easy access to Dallas and other places. It is a well-kept, low-crime, pet-friendly community that families love, and has a range of homes available from quite expensive to moderate prices. It is not far from downtown Fort Worth, and if you work in the city this is a good suburb to live in.
Recreation And Entertainment
If you have recently settled in Brentwood-Oak Hills, you will realize that there is quite a lot to entertain you in the area. The area was founded on the cattle trade, and a good way to get a feel for the past is to visit the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of fame, to learn all about the role of women and their impact on the Wild West.
Another really interesting place to take the family to is, Fort Worth Water Gardens. Built in 1974 when the Fort Worth dam was constructed, it contains waterfalls and a meditation pool, and relaxing water gardens. Visit Oakmont Park for walking and biking in the fresh air, with lots of surrounding green space. The nice thing about living in Brentwood-Oak Hills is that you don’t actually feel as though you are living in a major city.
Restaurants
Visit Westcliff and try Charley’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers. Near the Christian University, you will find Buffalo Brothers, with hot wings and great beer. Charleston’s Restaurant serves American Pub food in a laid-back atmosphere and is a good place to go for dinner from Brentwood-Oak Hills.
Employment
Depending on the type of work you do, health retail. education, nothing is very far away, and a short car trip from your home in Brentwood-Oak Hills should get you to work in 10 minutes or less. There are good schools locally for the children to attend, and a shopping mall in the vicinity.
It is one of the places that seems to have everything.
