Our reputation is extremely important, and plays into the process greatly. In fact, because of our reputation, and the attorneys at our firm we have over fifty years of experience, because we fight cases frequently, and because we go to trial often. We win cases frequently, the prosecution, and the judges know our reputation. Our reputation is excellent, and they know that when we fight cases we will fight and likely win. This reputation alone causes us to get many cases dismissed, or get great offers that other attorneys do not get. Cases that might be risky for other clients with other attorneys turn out well for us, because of our reputation and talent, but then if the case does not get resolved with a dismissal, or a deal prior to when the trial is set, it is because of our reputation, we receive better rulings from most of the judges.
The judges respect our opinion, and they know we have a good knowledge of the law. They carefully listen to us, and they frequently rule in our favor. In fact, we get the judges to agree that the police acted illegally, and grant motions to suppress in many cases, which results in cases being thrown out, or dismissed more frequently than any other attorneys can achieve. It also affects the prosecutor’s evaluation of our case when they are deciding whether to dismiss, or make an offer.
