On Thursday, a fight happened among regular bar goers and first time visitors that ended in one individual being shot and the other being stabbed, according to the police.
The fight happened overnight around 1 a.m. at 40s & Shortys in the 3900 block of East Belknap Street, near North Beach Street.
The individual who sustained a gunshot wound in his leg was rushed to the hospital with minor injuries.
Fort Worth police spokesman, Daniel Segura, told that it is believed that another individual was stabbed, but the cops didn’t succeed in finding that victim.
The individual who started the fight and shot the victim has been identified, but he is not arrested.
